However, this shall not apply in cases where we are under no obligation to make such corrections under laws and regulations. In the event that we decide not to make

(Suspension of Use of Retained Personal Data, etc.)
1. When a User or a representative of the User requests us to stop using, erase, or stop providing to a third party (hereinafter referred to as “suspend”) his/her retained personal data in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we will suspend such retained personal data without delay upon confirmation of the User’s request. However, this shall not apply in cases where we are under no obligation to suspend use under laws and regulations.
